Goutam Koley wins NSF Career Award

Goutam Koley, assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and member of the Nanoelectronics research group in The NanoCenter at the University of South Carolina has received a NSF Career Award of $400,000 for his research proposal entitled "InN nanowire based multifunctional cantilever sensors."
